StarzPlay, the Starz streaming platform recently launched in Latin America, announced the tights acquisition o the Pennyworth drama series, which will premiere in October in Latin America, Germany, Australia, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg and the UK.

The series will last 10 episodes and will be produced by Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon. Its  distribution will be in charge of Warner Bros. International Television Distribution. Pennyworth is the latest acquisition of StarzPlay, which has an anthology series portfolio, such as The Act, Killing Eve and Catch-22 in key markets.

StarzPlay is available through Apple TV, and allows to access to premium content and an  exclusive content selection from original Starz series, available on the day of its launch in the US. Subscribers of the StarzPlay channel on the Apple TV app can watch content online or enjoy offline downloads of their favorite TV shows and movies available in StarzPlay, which is available for IPhone, Ipad, Apple TV and some Samsung Smart TVs .
