Brazilian pay-TV operator Sky announced a new prepaid plan for its subscribers, called ‘Comforto’. In it, clients have the possibility of acquiring a set of antennas and a STB to access 24 months of basic programming. As with other prepaid plans of the company, customers can also access additional content through top-ups.
The offer is available on the Sky website for 10 payments of R $ 44.90 (USD 10.74), or an annual payment of R $ 449 (USD 107.43). During the first month, the operator makes more than 130 channels available, including Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, Fox, Megapix, TNT, Sony Channel, Multishow, SporTV 2, VIVA, Universal and others. After this period, subscribers will be able to access channels such as Globo, SBT, Band, Rede TV, Record, Futura, Cultura and others during the next 23 months.
‘Sky’s mission is to universalize entertainment and be the best TV option for all audiences. We believe that allowing access to more information and content for all Brazilians is transformative, and that leads us to have options for all social classes in the country. The Conforto plan, offered by Sky Prepago, is very attractive for the market, since it is a product that includes programming from the beginning, has the differential of sound and digital image, additional options of more affordable recharges and, therefore, it can be accessed by more families’, said Evandro Marchetto, Marketing and Product Director at Sky Brazil.
