The Sky Brasil pay TV service included access to the Disney Plus and Star Plus platforms with promotional prices. From now on, its subscribers will be able to choose between two packages with different advantages to enjoy the streaming services that launched in Latin America in November 2020 and August 2021.
The first combo offers only the Disney + application, available from any smart TV, computer or mobile device, at a value of USD 5.25. While the second combines the catalogues of the two platforms, including live sports broadcasts from ESPN, at a cost of USD 8.63 per month.
With this addition, Sky Brasil continues to move closer to its goal of having a wide variety of content for its customers. After announcing the suspension of its own TV Everywhere, Sky Play, to be replaced by DirecTV GO, it started to increasingly approach DirecTV’s pay-TV model.
