SEMP TCL teams up with Roku in Brazil for new TVs line

SEMP TCL, the leading company in the electronic equipment market in Brazil, announced an alliance with Roku TV to launch a new line of SEMP Roku televisions. The devices will have the Roku operating system integrated with access to more than 100,000 movies and shows from all streaming services, pay TV and free channels.

In addition, the companies announced the incorporation of the TCL Roku TV models in Brazil by the end of 2021. Meanwhile, the equipment that will hit the market this week will be available in sizes from 32 to 50 inches, with a value starting at USD 344 .

“Our intention with the launches is to bring smart solutions to everyday life, so that the way of consuming streaming content on television is even more practical for all users“,João Rezende, Product Manager and GTM for the category of TV / Audio and Video in SEMP TCL, said.

 “With the growing increase of Brazilians who started using content channel applications such as replacing the traditional ones with the pay TV package, consumers can directly choose only the content they want to see and pay only for it“, he explained.
