The Samsung TV Plus channel platform, available for all the brand’s Smart TVs, exceeded 50 free signals for users in Brazil and Mexico, where it has been operating since the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, respectively. From then on, the company focused on incorporating more and more programming aimed at its Latin American audience, with a wide range in Spanish.
For each country, the platform offers both regional content, such as the Mexican channels Oro TV and Channel 6; as international, with Hollywood movies signals like Net Movies and Runtime. It also has live sports broadcasts and news 24 hours a day; and includes children’s products, talk shows, cooking shows and eSports, all available in Spanish.
“This year we began with the great news that Samsung TV Plus would debut in Mexico and from that date we committed to add new programming that enriches all Samsung Smart TV users, of all ages“, Aline Jabbour, Director of Samsung TV Plus Latin America Business Development, explained. “For us it’s always an honor to announce new channels, as it is proof of the great reception that this service has had and we will continue to do so to bring the content that Mexican households want“, she added.
