As reported on several specialized websites in Brazil, Nimo TV, officially launched in the country in 2019 and owned by the Chinese platform Huya, with content focused on esports and gaming, announced news in the country’s gamer ecosystem through a new agreement with Riot Games to stream the brand’s esports leagues on the platform, as well as to include official channels focused on League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Valorant, and League of Legends: Wild Rift.
‘We are very proud of strengthening our partnership with Riot Games by 2021. This is another important step we are taking to reinforce our commitment with the gaming ecosystem in Brazil’, reported Raphael Negrão, Marketing Manager at Nimo TV in Brazil.
The channels that were enabled as part of the agreement include one focused on the Brazilian League of Legends Championship (CBLOL) and ProLegends (TFT circuit), another for the Valorant Challengers Tour, and the third specially designed for the brand’s new launch, Wild Rift, together with the rest of the esports tournaments planned by Riot Games for 2021. The partnership also includes exclusive content from Riot Games on Nimo TV for League of Legends: Wild Rift.
