Nextv Series 7th edition arrives at Brazil to discuss about the future of TV and OTTs

The executives of the main TV, video and OTT companies will meet again in the seventh edition of  Nextv Series Brazil, a leading conference organized by Dataxis, which will be held next Wednesday, December 4th at the Maksoud Plaza Hotel, in São Paulo.

Executives of pay TV, FTA TV companies and residential telcos can participate in the event for free, with a previous registration. Those who are interested in registering can do so through this link.

The different conference panels will be focused on the main interesting topics to industry executives. Some of them will be the future of pay TV operators and TV Everywhere, OTT models for FTA broadcasters, future trends in pay TV and home technologies and D2C strategies for pay TV networks, and others that are included the 12 panels agenda of the event.

Roberto Primo (Globosat), Luis Santos (Fox Sports) and Flavio Menna (Turner) will participate in a panel on future trends in broadcasting and streaming technology. Executives from pay TV operators will also attend, including Mauro Fukuda (Oi), Alexander Greif and Igor Chambon (Sky), Luiz Bento da Silveira (Telefonica Vivo), Guilherme Rapchan (Cabonnet), Marcio de Jesus da Silva (Algar Telecom), and others.

Eldes Matiuzzo (Telecine), Raul Costa Jr (A&E), Rogerio Francis  (Viacom), Cicero Aragon  (Box TV) and Newton Suzuki  (Band) are also confirmed speakers for the coming Nextv Brazil conference.

OTT platforms will also have be part of Nextv Series Brazil. Some of the confirmed executives in this area are Luiz Bannitz (Looke), Renato Svirsky (Guigo TV), Yuri Petnys (Crunchyroll) and Mauricio Almeida  (Watch TV).

In its 2019 edition, Nextv Series Brazil is adding new interesting topics to the industry, through panels such as ‘the boom in live streaming and VOD OTTs from churches’ and ‘TV challenges to reach Gen Z’ , with experts in each issue.
