Sato Company president, Nelson Sato, believes that in one year, Wow! Play could reach 100,000 subscribers, informed the site TelaViva. The service uses the video platform provided by the Brazilian company SambaTech.

Among the contents included in the service there are Jackie Chan movies, anime series like “Saint Seiya”, Brazilian animations like A Turma do Ronaldinho Gaúcho and “tokusatsu” productions like Jaspion”  and “Ultraman”, among others.

Sato Company was founded in 1985 as a distributor of films for homevideo. The company has evolved and expanded its activities in the areas of production, product licensing and SVOD.  Sato was also the first Brazilian company to be a Netflix aggregator.
