Movistar’s second series in Peru to be available on demand on Movistar Play from this Friday

El dia de mi suerte’, the second Movistar original series produced in Peru, will have its final episode this Friday, December 6th. From that day on, the four-episode-series, premiered on November 15th on Movistar Play and Movistar Series will be fully on demand on Movistar Play in seven Latin American countries.

The Movistar series, inspired by the visit of Puerto Rican singer Hector Lavoe to Lima in 1986, follows the story of Toño, played by Peruvian actor Lucho Caceres, who has experienced many difficult episodes in his life and is looking for signs of change. The arrival of Lavoe at Lima seems to be that change that Toño expected and, convinced that the singer’s arrival is related with his own destiny, he will do all what is possible to meet him and find ‘the day of his luck’ with him.

Movistar Play is the  VOD OTT for Movistar customers in Latin America. It is available for free for Android and IOS systems, as well as an app for Smart TVs in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Uruguay and Peru.
