Movistar launches ‘Manual de supervivencia’, its new Argentine production

Movistar has released ‘Manual de Supervivencia’ earlier this month, its first production made in Argentina, part of the series production plan that the company announced last year. It is a new eight-episode series, which is now available to watch on demand on Movistar Play. Other series also available on the platform are ‘Un dia eres joven’, ‘El dia de mi suerte’ and ‘Ruido Capital’, recorded in Peru and Colombia.

“Manual de Supervivencia’ is an eight-episodes story, directed by Victoria Galardi and co-produced by Magma Cine. This dramatic comedy focuses on Esteban’s life, who, at the age of forty, decides to make an important decision: give his job as a lawyer up, which he practiced for more than 15 years, to dedicate himself to acting’, reports Movistar regarding its new production’s plot. ‘However, his plans are not working as he imagined. Without a job and recently divorced, he faces the difficult task of sustaining his new life and making his way in the unknown acting world, which is not an easy task’, the company completed.

Some of the Argentine actors that make up the cast of ‘Manual de supervivencia’ are Esteban Bigliardi (as ‘Esteban’), Dolores Fonzi (as ‘Eli’), Martin Piroyansky (as ‘Martin’), Violeta Urtizberea (as ‘Ana’), Julieta Zylberberg (as ‘Julieta’), Daniel Hendler (as ‘Pablo’), Abian Vainstein (as ‘Miguel’), Pilar Gamboa (as ‘Pilar’) and Veronica Llinas (as ‘Veronica’).

Movistar reported that the series is now available to all its clients in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Uruguay through Movistar Play.
