Kwai, the short video application that is characterized by its system of monetary benefits for users, partnered with TV Globo to participate in the project “G1 em 1 minuto” of the Brazilian signal and became its first sponsor, in order to promote a multiplatform format.
As the title suggests, the program summarizes the most important news in a minute, in a format that is very similar to the one that gets viral daily on the app. After the alliance, in addition to having coverage on the TV Globo website and its social networks, Kwai began to spread the content through its platform.
Claudine Bayma, Marketing Director of Kwai in Brazil, explained during the announcement of the alliance: “Kwai is also a space to see news and this initiative reinforces our position as an information content platform“. “In addition to being associated with one of the most important portals in this sector, by supporting ‘G1 in 1 minute’, we also highlight the short video format as a trend towards relevant and quality informative content that is fully in line with our platform”, she added.
