Costa Rican pay TV operator Kölbi TV, owned by ICE Group, added national and regional production content to its programming grid through channels like Anexion TV, Nicoya TV, Limon TV, Telered and the Legislative Assembly channel.
‘Kölbi TV brings the best of Costa Rican entertainment with a TV variety that goes beyond the Greater Metropolitan Area, expanding the interest in the country’s culture, and always supporting national production’, said Luis Roberto Hernandez Orozco, Costa Rican Electricity Institute’s (ICE) Products and Services Unit Director.
New TV channels added to Kölbi’s grid are Anexion TV, with special focus on local news, cultural spaces, opinion programs, sports content , cinema and magazines, into others, in addition to Nicoya TV, whose main contents are focused on promoting Costa Rican culture. Limon TV is also added to the pay TV operator’s programming grid, and it is aimed to show spaces for children and films in its offer. Telered is focused on retro content, and the operator also added the national interest Legislative Assembly channel, dedicated to broadcast live contents from sessions in the plenary.
‘We will continue giving people from Costa Rica the opportunity to make themselves known and, this way, keep in touch with what is happening in our country, expanding our cultural barriers’, said Hernandez.
