Mexican telecommunications company izzi (Televisa) has officially announced that, since last August 1st, its customers can hire the HBO premium pack with a 50% discount on its subscription, as well as access HBO Max, the new WarnerMedia’s SVOD OTT, launched in Latin America at the end of June, from mobile devices, PCs or smart TVs.

According to the information that was reported by Televisa, between August 1st and September 30th, izzi’s subscribers will be able to access the HBO pack with the already mentioned 50% discount, which will be available until October 31st. The offer includes access to eight premium HBO channels and on demand content, as well as HBO Max. The benefit is valid for izzi, izzi negocios, wizz and wizzplus when hiring the HBO add-on with video.

With the HBO pack, izzi’s customers will be able to access titles from brands like HBO, Warner Bros, DC, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Turner Classics Movies, CNN, Looney Tunes, TNT, and more. In addition, the platform includes original productions made in Latin America under the ‘Max Originals’ brand, and Warner Bros films for free, 35 days after they are released in theaters in the region. At the sporting level, WarnerMedia has officially confirmed that the UEFA Champions League matches will be broadcast live in Brazil and Mexico through HBO Max.

Those izzi customers who wish to access HBO Max content must enter the platform’s web version, or download the izzigo or HBO Max apps to access its catalog on mobile devices. Likewise, those who have an izzitv Smart will also be able to download the HBO Max app.
