Ignacio de Medina, Executive Producer & Business Development Consultant at Grupo Black Panther, announced the company’s international expansion to Latin America, where it will be available in Argentina and Mexico through a partnership agreement with Jaque Content, a production company that was born in Argentina and currently features offices in Mexico. As detailed, Grupo Black Panther’s operations in Latin America will be known under the ‘Grupo Black Panther – LatAm’ brand.
Some of the formats created by Jaque Contents include ‘La chica que limpia’, with a Mexican version produced by Turner and optioned in several countries by companies like Warner Bros.
‘This expansion and this agreement highlights our clear vocation to produce quality content with an international focus, underlining our strategic markets: Spain, Latin America and the US Hispanic’, said de Medina. ‘For our part, going hand in hand with a great producer with an international spirit, such as Jaque Content, is essential. Its creativity, its business and industry, and the synergies that we create between both teams are the key point for the projects we are currently working on’, added the executive.
As reported, Black Panther Films, the Group’s content producer, and Jaque Content are currently working on several fiction projects together, aimed at the international market, and hope to announce their launch soon.
