Globosat sells content catalog to the international market

Brazilian pay TV channel Globosat, owned by the Globo Group, recently launched a new content catalog for the international market. With it, distributors from around the world will be able to access to several Group’s channels productions,including factual, lifestyle, travel, adventure, sports  content and also for children, shown in the Gloob channel, and other Group’s TV networks such as Multishow, OFF and GNT.

‘We are essentially content producers and this was an important step to expand Globosat’s portfolio internationally and to complement Globo Group’s content catalog’, said Paulo Marinho, Globosat’s Channels and Content General Director, about the company’s international content catalog, which has more than 35 titles.

According to Marinho, ‘relevant and high-quality content can travel and speak other languages. We are pleased to share our productions creativity, originality and vision with audiences from other countries’, he ended.
