Another of the discussion panels that will be held during the second Nextv Sport Latin America’s virtual edition is called ‘Fan engagement strategies for Latin audiences’, and will take place on Tuesday, May 4th, between 10:30 AM and 11: 20 AM (CDMX). Registration for this and the rest of the conference panels can be done here.

Industry executives gathered by Dataxis to star in what will be the second panel on the first day of Nextv Sport Latin America are Carlos Sanchez Rojas, Digital Strategy and Creative Director at TV Azteca; Pablo Zarate, VP SUM International Properties at the Major League Soccer; Carlos Lajud, Communications Director at Dimayor; Jessica Anguiano, Business Development Manager for Americas at WSC Sports; Nicolas Borrero, Marketing Director at Deportivo Cali; and Francisca Mora, Distribution and Marketing Sr. Manager at TNT Sports.

Following the success of its first virtual edition in 2020, Nextv Sport Latin America 2021 will bring together the top executives making live sports broadcasting happen in a region that is home to some of the world’s most passionate fans. Recent changes in sports broadcasting consumption trends, which have been accelerated by the Covid pandemic, have forced rights owners, leagues, teams, TV networks and sports streaming services to reassess their short, medium and long-term strategy. The event will take place on Tuesday, May 4th and Wednesday, May 5th, and will be sponsored by Accedo; Kaltura; WSC Sports; Botmovin and Ross.

Registration for the Nextv Sport Latin America’s virtual edition is free for Latin American pay TV operators; FTA broadcasters; sports TV channels, OTT platforms, leagues, teams and associations, and telecom operators.
