Ocean New Media, LLC, owned by the US media company Olympusat, announced this Friday the signing of a multi-year license agreement with Entertainment One (eOne) to distribute more than 200 hours of its content on Free TV, Olympusat’s AVOD OTT , recently launched in Latin America.
‘As an independent talent-fueling studio, Entertainment One is the center of one of the most creative groups of world-class artists and writers behind iconic TV characters and shows’, said Aurora Bacquerie, SVP Content Acquisition & Channels at Olympusat. ‘We believe that the eOne catalog is very attractive to our current and future audiences, as we continue with the distribution of FreeTV to more markets around the world’, she added.
The agreement between Ocean New Media and Entertainment One includes titles such as ‘Bitten’ (seasons 1-3), ‘Haven’ (seasons 1-5), ‘Turn: Washington’s Spies’ (seasons 1-4), ‘Rogue’ (seasons 1-4), ‘Saving Hope’ (seasons 1-5), ‘Matador’ (season 1), ‘The Enfield Haunting’, ‘Ice’ (seasons 1-2) and ‘Klondike’.
FreeTV is available for download on Google Play and Apple Store, as well as via web and through iOS and Android mobile applications.
