Disney launches Disney+ pre-sale offer in 10 Latin American countries

14 days after the official launch of Disney+ in Latin America, scheduled for next November 17th, The Walt Disney Company launched a pre-sale offer of the SVOD OTT, available in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.

The pre-launch offer is only available through the official Disney+ website, and is valid until November 16th. Days ago, in an exclusive interview with the Argentine newspaper ‘La Nación’, Diego Lerner, President at The Walt Disney Company Latin America, had reported that, during the first days of November, the company was going to launch a pre-sale, ‘which consists of a significant discount for those who subscribe for the entire year’. That time, the executive had also reported that ¿in most of the countries of the region, the platform will be available in local currency’.

As reported, Disney’s pre-sale values ​​are annual, and are available as of this last Tuesday, November 3rd for ARS $ 3,250 in Argentina (USD 41.2); BRL $ 237.90 in Brazil (USD 42); CLP $ 54,900 in Chile (USD 72); COP $ 203,900 in Colombia (USD 53); MXN $ 1,359 in Mexico (USD 64); PEN $ 220.9 in Peru (USD 61); and USD 50.90 in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama and Uruguay. By hiring the annual subscription through this promotional offer, a discount of around 15% is applied.

Disney has also reported the standard Disney + price as of launch, which includes a seven-day free trial.
