Days ago, DirecTV (AT&T) officially announced the launch of new 5G internet plans in some locations of Bogota, Colombia. As the company officially reported on its website, the offer is available in the Kennedy town, although, according to several specialized websites, the company intends to expand it to others, such as Engativa.
As reported by DirecTV Colombia on its website, the new technology allows reaching up to 100 mbps. Also, some of the companies that worked with DTH to launch this offering are Ericsson, Qualcomm Technologies and Gemtek. In addition, the company offers the DirecTV GO platform, with a catalog of live channels, on demand content, sports broadcasts and premium packages, available in several Latin American countries, including Colombia.
