DirecTV GO now available for non-DirecTV customers in Argentina

DirecTV (AT&T) has recently started to offer its OTT DirecTV GO in Argentina to customers who are not subscribed to its DTH offering, as it has previously done in other Latin American countries, such as Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay.

This way, in Argentina, DirecTV GO is still available as a free TV Everywhere platform for DirecTV customers, and is also marketed as a pay TV platform via OTT.

In Argentina, DirecTV GO includes a basic plan with 104 channels, and it is even possible to add additional premium packs, such as the HBO Pack, the Football Pack (which is currently not being charged because in Argentina the Professional Football League has not been resumed yet), and Fox Premium. DirecTV GO’s monthly subscription in Argentina is valued at AR $ 1,290 (USD 17) for a six month-period, with a seven-days free trial period. After that, the platform’s subscription will cost AR $ 1,414 (USD 19) per month.

Access to DirecTV GO can be done on up to two devices at the same time, and a maximum of five devices logged to the account to access the platform. In addition, DirecTV GO is compatible with Apple devices (iPhone and iPad); Apple TV; Android (cell phones and tablets); Android TV; Samsung Smart TVs; Amazon Fire TV and Roku (Roku Stick, Ultra, Express and TV).
