The US pay TV channel DHE, specialized in series and movies and with administrative headquarters in Colombia, announced that it will join the Altice’s programming grid in the Dominican Republic from May 1st, where it will be available for Superior and Max plans clients on the operator’s 327 channel, and will offer movies and series without advertising. Days ago, the channel announced it will also be available on DirecTV’s grid.
‘Despite the difficulties we are currently facing due to Covid-19 (Coronavirus), DHE continues to grow in its audience, in content quality and in distribution, reaching more than 2 million new subscribers in May and beating 10 million throughout the region’, they said from the channel.
They also reported that ‘viewer’s feedback to the channel’s programming is very positive, and some subscribers who do not have the channel and who frequently requested it through our social networks, received the news of the new additions to DirecTV and Altice’.
Some of the most prominent titles in the DHE offering include ‘The Good Place’; ‘The last face’; ‘Ghost ship’; ‘Killing them softly’; ‘Taken, the series’ and other productions that, according to DHE, ‘continue to differentiate and strengthen its presence in the Dominican Republic’.
