Panamanian operator Cable Onda opened a new logistics center in Colon (Panama), which will attend all its commercial, corporate and residential customers. The company invested USD 4.8 million, and the new center will activate a telecommunications hub to deliver services in Colon.
‘Colon is one of the highest economic growth provinces in the country, By creating this logistics center, we will be not only betting on the province growth, but also making a contribution to local workforce. We estimate to generate 46 direct jobs and 50 indirect jobs’, said Rodrigo Diehl, CEO at Cable Onda.
The new center started its operations last August 12th, and joins the seven Cable Onda logistic facilities. It extension is 5,524 m2 and it has an important company’s workforce and contractor companies, trained in operations, customer services, residential and commercial business, human resources, projects and logistics areas.
