Amazon announced last week the launch of Amazon Prime Video Channels in Brazil. The feature was already available in Latin America, as it was launched in Mexico last year, and allows Prime Video customers in Brazil to subscribe to other platforms, but accessing from Amazon’s OTT. Up to now, Prime Video users in Brazil can access Starzplay, Paramount+, MGM, Noggin and Looke.
Each platform that can be accessed from Prime Video has a different monthly subscription value. Some of the titles available at the different catalogs include ‘Normal People’; ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’; ‘Yellowstone’, and content from Noggin and MGM. Some content includes the possibility of being downloaded.
Apart from Mexico and Brazil, Prime Video Channels is also available in other countries around the world, including Germany, Austria, Canada, the US, France, Japan, and the UK. In Brazil, Prime Video Channels is available both via the web, and from the Prime Video app for smart TVs and iOS and Android mobile devices; Amazon Fire TV and Amazon Fire TV Stick.
