According to Wan Dong, CEO at PP Sports, the company hopes that, from this agreement with 1190 Sports, they will be able to ‘offer exclusive events and exciting content to our local fans, and promote South American football events to more sports fans’.

The distribution agreement for the Brazilian Professional Football League in China was achieved through Latin American Trade Co., Ltd, representative of 1190 Sports in that market.

Apart from this agreement, 1190 Sports announced in mid-May a partnership with ViacomCBS to broadcast Brasileirão’s matches in English in the US through the SVOD OTT Paramount+, until 2023.
