TV Azteca hosts semi-final round of International Emmy Awards

TV Azteca hosted a semi-final round for the International Emmy Awards. The event was attended by scriptwriters, directors, producers and content professionals from different countries of the region.

“TV Azteca is going to turn 25 years old and we want to celebrate it with a new future, so I am pleased that we have a new meeting point and international participation today, count on us to boost the industry,” said the CEO of the company, Benjamín Salinas.

“We are part of the Academy and we have been very active in recent years at the International Emmy Awards 2017, with a presence in the awards, debates, conferences. The goal is to be an important part in the international stage; not only as participants, but also as process facilitators”, said Fidela Navarro, director of TV Azteca International, according to El Economista. The results will be announced on November 20 in New York City.

Fidela Navarro will participate in the next edition of NexTV Series Mexico & Central America, the leading conference organized by Dataxis to be held on October 3 and 4 at the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel in Mexico City.
