FOX Networks Group Latin America announced the distribution growth of Nat Geo Wild in the region. In the past year, the reach of Nat Geo Wild grew 160%, an increase of more than 18.5 million subscribers. In this way, the channel is available in more than 31 million homes in Latin America.
The company said the increase of the distribution has been driven by markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela and Paraguay, where the penetration of the TV channel is close, or even exceeds 80%. Nat Geo Wild is present in 19 markets in Latin America.
“Nat Geo Wild’s growth is part of the expansion plan for our National Geographic brand in the region, the core of our strategy following the creation of National Geographic Partners”, said Carlos Martinez, President of FOX Networks Group Latin America.
