Megacable from Mexico launched IPTV in Queretaro

Telecommunications company Megacable from Mexico announced through a press release that it had launched its optic fiber network (FTTH) in the city of Queretaro through which it will provide IPTV, broadband and fixed telephonyservices.

Megacable would have invested USD 50 million in the installation of its new network, which will serve 118,000 users in central-northern Mexico. The benefits include Video On Demand (VOD) and Cloud DVR, plus up to 200 Mb internet and wireless voice services.

The Megacable triple play package has 130 channels in standard quality (SD) and 60 channels in High-Definition (HD) for USD 30 a month, but has a sign-in promotion with the first two months for USD 22.
