Latam’s first web series co-produced with Spain begins shooting in Argentina

Argentine production company Cruz del Sur Cine and the Spanish company Aquí y Allí Films began shooting in Buenos Aires “Limbo”, the first Latin American web series co-produced with Spain, as indicated in a press release. It will be launched in May.
The series is directed by Fabián Forte (La Corporación, Socios por Accidente) and was written by Nicolás Britos (Kryptonita, El muerto cuenta su historia). It will have eight episodes of seven minutes. According to the press release, two more seasons are already ordered and the possibility of making a feature film with the story is been evaluated.
“Limbo” will have its own application and will be available through OTT platforms in Latin America and Europe. The project received the first prize in the National Fiction Web Series Production Contest of INCAA (Argentina’s National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts). The producers plan to present the product in other Web Series festivals in Korea, Italy, the United States, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Colombia.
