Globo joins Cable Peru’s grid

 

The international signal of Brazilian TV network Globo announced through a press release that it has reached a commercial agreement with the Pay-TV company Cable Peru to be added to its programming grid.

 

With this, Globo extends its presence in that country and is now included in five local operators: Claro (America  Movil), DirecTV (AT&T), Movistar (Telefonica), Cable Star (Star Global Com) Cable Peru.

 

Cable Peru operates in the north area of the city of Lima, capital of the Andean country, and has 80 channels in its grid. Grupo Globo is the second largest media holding in the world and the first in Latin America with annual revenues of USD 4,557 million, according to the 2015 balance.
