Fox Sports Latin America acquires F1 rights

Fox Sports Latin America announced that it has acquired exclusive rights to broadcast FIA Formula 1 World Championship on pay TV and digital platforms for a period of five years, from 2018 to 2022.
Fox Sports, Fox Sports 3 and Fox Premium Action will cover all the races (21 in total) as well as practice and qualifying sessions. Transmissions will begin on March 25 with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
The deal also includes original show such as “El Show de la Formula 1”, “GP1” and “Circuito Fox Sports”. In addition, fans will be able to watch the coverage of Formula 2 and GP3 races on Fox Sports.
