Brazilian sports channels Esporte Interativo, EI Maxx and EI Maxx 2 (Turner) will be available on the DTH operator Sky (AT&T) from September 13.
Sky is the second pay TV operator of the country in term of subscribers, right behind Net (América Móvil). This way, the three channels will gain more distribution. The same day of its launch, on September 13, the channels will offers the first match of the Champions League.
Other attractions are Copa do Nordeste, Europa League and the series C of Campeonato Brasileiro (Portuguese for Brazilian Championship), in addition to American Football, documentaries and news TV shows.
“We are very pleased to sign this new agreement with Turner to offer our subscribers a more comprehensive quality sports programming”, said Sky’s Programming Director, Marcia Cruz in a statement.
Esporte Interativo will be available in SD (channel 22), EI Maxx in SD (channel 28) and HD (channel 228) and EI Maxx 2 only in HD (channel 224).
