El Trece channel from Argentina extended its video coverage of the Martin Fierro awards on Twitter

For the first time, Free-to-Air channel El Trece (Clarin Group) from Argentina extended its video coverage of the Martin Fierro awards on Sunday, April 15th, through new tools offered to certified accounts of social network Twitter.

Through Twitter Challenger, they shared photos, GIFs and videos of the red carpet, the backstage and dressing rooms of talents and celebrities of local shows. Twitter Cam was used to take pictures and videos creatively edited and customized using filters, hashtags (#), icons or captions.

Interactively, the Twitter Q&A tool allowed artists and hosts to answer through video clips to questions posed by users through #mf2016 and the @eltreceoficial account.

Martin Fierro awards are granted by the Argentinean Television and Radio Journalists Association (Aptra) every year to shows for these segments. The ceremony of the 2016 edition was held at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires, capital of Argentina, and transmitted by El Trece.
