DirecTV signs ad sales deal with Viacom

Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) has signed an ad sales deal with DirecTV. In this way, Viacom will be the exclusive advertising sales representative of the operator for Argentina and Uruguay.
The DirecTV platforms, which include the sports channels DirecTV Sports, DirecTV Sports 2, DirecTV Sports+ and the digital platform, as well as OnDirecTV, and the advertising spaces of more than 30 pay TV signals from various international groups will be commercialized by the commercial team of VIMN Latin America.
“We have chosen the Viacom International Media Networks regional team because we trust in their ability to manage business agreements and have a clear knowledge of the industry,” Noelia Cerrone, head of Ad Sales at DirecTV Cono Sur, said in a statement.
