Argentine digital news service Infobae has unveiled two new video features, available through its home page and inside the news.
In the home page, readers can access now relevant live news and events. A black band displays a live broadcast without sound that users can expand and continue browsing, or switch to full-screen, Inforbae reported on its website.
In turn, inside the news, the video player is now always visible on the screen, even while the reader is scrolling. It remains located in the bottom right-hand corner of the site.
According to Infobae, every 30 days, 9 million people interact with the video player of the site about 86 million times.
In June, The Washington Post added Infobae as a partner of Arc Publishing. According to the newspaper, Arc technology allows Infobae to accelerate the development of new capabilities for mobile, video, social and distributed platforms.
