Digital Cornucopia wants to expand into Latin America

The Spanish company Digital Cornucopia, which produced the channel All Flamenco, wants to start its international expansion via OTT, reported Cinco Días. Florida, in the United States, and Mexico are expected to be the first markets where the service will become available.
All Flamenco launched in 2017 in 4K format. It is the only channel dedicated to this genre and is currently distributed by Orange in Spain and several cable operators, reaching 500,000 Spanish homes.
Carlos Navia, CEO of Digital Cornucopia, believes that All Flamenco has potential in the international market because “it has no direct competition”. The goal of the company is to expand into America, Europe and Asia.
In addition to Flamenco, the company plans to develop other thematic platforms, for example, one dedicated to Tango, since according to Navia it has many fans, not only in Argentina, but also in the United States, northern Europe and Asia.
In order to start its expansion, Digital Cornucopia will carry out a round of financing to capture between € 800,000 and €1 million. The company is already in talks with different investment groups.
