Crackle launches on Supercanal Arlink

Crackle, the authenticated SVOD service of Sony Pictures Television Networks Latin America (SPTN Latin America), has launched on Supercanal’s OTT platform in Argentina. The product is available for a monthly subscription of AR$ 69 (USD 3), after a free month trial, the pay TV operator said to NexTV News Latam.
“This new agreement with Supercanal Arlink highlights our commitment to foster the growth of the Pay TV ecosystem, as well as our willingness to continue helping to increase the operators’ business,” said José Rivera Font, VP and General Manager of SPT Digital Networks Latin America.
The executive will share his vision of the market and will talk about the performance of Crackle in the next edition of NexTV Series Argentina, the conference organized by Dataxis to be held, on May 16 and 17, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Buenos Aires.
Crackle’s library includes original series like “The Oath”, “Absentia”, the second season of “Preacher and Snatch: The Series”, as well as titles like “Startup”, “Outsiders” and “SuperMansion”. It also offers full seasons of popular series such as “Criminal Minds,” “Scorpion,” “Secrets and Lies,” and “NCIS,” as well as blockbuster films from major Hollywood studios.
Supercanal Arlink is the third pay TV operator in Argentina in number of subscribers. The company is headquartered in the province of Mendoza and covers other provinces in the interior of the country, including Catamarca, Tucumán, Santa Fe, Córdoba and Tierra del Fuego. Supercanal’s OTT service operates under the MIO brand.
