Sucrean Telecommunications Cooperative (Cotes) is in a negotiation process with Sport TV Rights in order to acquire Bolivian Professional Division football matches broadcasting rights this year.
According to Mario Asaff, Cote’s Administrative Council, the company left negotiations to reduce football TV rights sell, which suffered a 60% raise, under Bolivian Telecommunication Cooperatives Federation (Fecotel) responsibility.
Asaff explained that Sport TV Rights proposal to sale broadcasting rights is valued in USD 580 thousand for the two championships this year. COTES negotiates to reduce this amount and increase matches broadcastings from 3 to 4 per event, compared with the 2018 competition.
In case negotiations led by Fecotel doesn’t make any progress, Asaff announced Cotes will present a new proposal directly with Sports TV Rights until the end of the month.
