Caribbean CalaClassics channel supplies itself with 700 hours of BBC content

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), through its international division, BBC Worldwide, has announced it sold 700 hours of contents to Pay-TV channel CalaClassics, with presence in the Caribbean.

 

The marketing agreement will last four years and will include 1,500 episodes of classic BBC comedies and soap operas, as well as series of reputation such as Doctor Who and Being Erica. The content licensee company Vivicast Media was the intermediary in the agreement.

 

Pay-TV channel CalaClassics is dedicated to nostalgic shows and movies from the past and has a presence in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Martins, and Trinidad and Tobago.
