Cablevisión Flow app reaches 400,000 users in Argentina

Argentina’s largest pay TV operator, Cablevisión, announced that the app of its Flow multi-screen service has reached 400,000 users, while 140,000 clients access the service through set-top boxes. Recently, the company launched the product in Uruguay, as NexTV News Latam had already reported.

The platform integrates linear TV channels, On Demand content and new features including Cloud DVR, Catch up, and the option to pause live content on any device. Flow is available on mobile phones, tablets, PCs and TVs.

In Uruguay, where the company has been operating for more than 10 years, Cablevisión currently has more than 144,000 pay TV clients and offers services in Montevideo, Canelones, San José, Artigas, Salto, Paysandú, Rivera, Tacuarembó and Paso de los Toros.

The company is confident that the platform will be well received by customers. “We have no doubt that in our country Flow will have the same success and acceptance as in Argentina, since we are bringing the Uruguayans the possibility of accessing the best entertainment in all screens, something innovative for this market,” Guillermo Valente, Manager of Cablevisión Uruguay, said during the launch of the App, on September 13.
