Brisanet launches OTT Brisaplay VOD, with series and movies

The Brazilian company Brisanet announced the launch of Brisaplay VOD. The operator, which has telephone, internet and pay TV offers available in Ceará, Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte, launched the new platform, with a series and movies catalog at no additional cost in customer subscriptions.

Brisaplay VOD was launched last year with content from Brazilian FTA TV channels. The new platform consists of a multiscreen offer available for free, for iOS and Android users. To access to its catalog of contents, it is required to enter with each subscriber  username and password.

According to Q1 2019 information provided by Dataxis, Brisanet records 103,260 clients and is the privately-owned company with the largest number of subscribers. As reported by the Brazilian regulator Anatel, Brisanet reported the best satisfaction level on its fixed broadband offerings in Ceará and Rio Grande do Norte last year.
