BRB selects WildBrain to manage its kids’ content on YouTube

BRB Internacional, one of Spain’s leading producers, distributors and licensors of kids’ content, with more than 30 brands, has selected WildBrain as exclusive global manager of its YouTube catalogue.
The deal took effect January 1, 2018, and seeks to increase BRB’s audience on YouTube, where its channels accumulate more than 400 million views per year, said in a statement Marijo Arnáiz, Director of Digital Media at BRB.
BRB’s content generated 45 million views and 115 million minutes of watch time in December 2017 on YouTube. Among the more than 30 brands are “Bernard”, a series that chronicles the adventures of a hairless polar bear who travels the world, and “Teo”, an animated series based on the famous preschool books “Teo Discovers the World”. From September to December 2017, Bernard generated more than 143 million minutes of watch time, while TEO currently boasts 100,000 channel subscribers.
WildBrain’s branded YouTube network includes 65,000 videos for 600 kids’ brands in up to 22 languages. The WildBrain network generated over 55 billion minutes watch time from July through December 2017.
