US technology company Apple opened access of its music video catalog to be viewed through smart devices with Android (Google) operating system. So far, Apple Music platform was only available for its own iOS.
Android users can now open shared family accounts for up to six people and pay a total of USD 15 instead of USD 10 per user. They can also download and save content on their mobile devices to playback while being disconnected from the Internet.
The company has started creating original video content and is in production of two series that will be launched through its Apple Music platform. The first is semi-autobiographical and scripted Vital Signs, from producer and rapper Dr. Dre. The second one is a documentary series about the mobile app industry.
