Amazon Prime Video now available on PlayStation

Sony announced that the Amazon Prime Video app is now available for PS3 and PS4 consoles in Latin America. This way, users can access to award-winning Amazon Originals series, movies and other contents.

To use the platform, users have to download the app from the Playstation Store. Among the titles offered are Amazon Originals like “Transparent”, “Mozart in the Jungle”, “Tumble Leaf” or “The Man in the High Castle”.

Amazon Prime Video was launched in Latin America in December last year. The monthly subscription costs USD 2.99 for the first six months and after that period the price goes up to USD 5.99. The platform also has apps for Android and iOS devices, and for Sony, Samsung and LG Smart TVs.
