Aeromexico announced a live TV service

Mexican airline Aeromexico is offering live TV service in four of its Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners planes, thanks to a development by Panasonic Avionics. The offer includes two channels: Sport 24 (property of IMG) and CNN International.

The new service will be available since august 2016. Passengers will be able to access the contents through the entertainment and communications systems in the individual screens on their seats and their mobile devices. The planes that will have this service are covering routes that include Tijuana, Buenos Aires, London, Los Angeles, Madrid, New York, Paris, Shangai, Santiago de Chile and Tokio.

Aeromexico has recently began tests for the platform 2Ku Gogo, which allows the company to offer Netflix on board.
